We have eaten there several times. We always order the same thing. It is consistently excellent. Service is good as well. Prices are very reasonable. Nice atmosphere. Glad we found this little gem.

I have a peanut allergy and I was very impressed with the level of care taken by staff when accommodating my allergy. As a person with food allergies it can be nerve-wracking to eat at restaurants that use peanuts, but I felt incredibly reassured throughout the experience. A lot of the anxiety involved in the experience of dining with an allergy is assessing how well your allergy is communicated and understood by staff. Every time one must weigh the risks and decide if a meal is likely to be safe. I highly recommend those with nut allergies give this spot a try. Of course there is never going to be a 100% guarantee of no crossed contamination wherever you eat, but I personally felt very safe dining at Pho Chopstix. And the pho was delicious! I had the spicy beef pho and added beef balls. The spice level was perfect, the beef balls had the perfect texture and overall was the perfect remedy for a cold day. I will definitely be back the next time I am in Kingston.

The special Pho with Short Rib is hands down the best Pho I’ve ever had, so much flavour and so much time and patience goes into making it. I highly recommend this spot, it’s a gem.

Found this gem when passing through Kingston on our way to Montreal. The food was delicious and portion size was generous. I absolutely loved their waterfall fried chicken rice!! Bun bo hue was also yummy. Food was so good that my parents insisted on coming back again on our way back. The restaurant was clean and service was also quick. The owners were welcoming and friendly! Highly recommend, it’s worth a visit if you’re in town!

Haven’t been back here since it first opened. But tonight we ended up downtown and in search of pho. Placed was packed but things moved quickly. As expected their PHO broth was incredible, even the chicken based one which I find lacking at some other places. Love that they offer multiple sizes. Small is often more than enough. They also aren’t skimpy on the sides providing bean sprouts, basil, lemon, sambal, sriracha and hoisin. Prices were fair, the staff were super friendly and make sure it’s very clean between guests.

Was taking a friend out for her birthday dinner. She loves Asian food, and this place was recommended by my son, so we gave it a try. It was wonderful, service was fast, friendly, professional and the dining area was very clean, great atmosphere, very busy too. Food was delicious and very "fresh and light" tasting, but also very filling and we had to take our leftovers home for later. Overall great experience, highly recommend for a dinner night or lunch out, in the heart of downtown Kingston. We will definitely be back.

Calm, relaxing atmosphere in a cozy, bright dining room. The staff are unobtrusive and considerate, and the service is fast. To top it all off, the food is incredible, featuring fresh ingredients served simply and quickly. I highly recommend the banh mi.

The food was very good. Staff is attentive and the order was quickly brought out. Ordered the vermicelli bowel with spicy stir fried chicken and a soup on the side. Good portion sizes. The atmosphere of the restaurant was very nice as well. Would dine again
